Answers to the questions we hear most often.

How do I check the status of my booking?
Log in to your renter account at myaccount.freedomhalls.com. Your booking status, confirmation details, and deposit tracker are all visible there.
How long does it take to get my deposit back?
Once you submit your post-event photos through your renter account, your deposit is reviewed and released within 48 hours. It then takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
I want to cancel my booking. What do I do?
Submit a cancellation request through your renter account support form. Your refund amount is based on how many days remain until your event. See our cancellation policy for the full refund schedule.
I am a Post Commander — how do I list my hall?
Fill out our partner inquiry form and someone from our team will reach out within one business day to walk you through the onboarding process. There is no cost to list.
My event is tomorrow and I have not heard back. What do I do?
Submit an urgent support request through your renter account and mark it as urgent — note your event date in the description. We prioritize same-day response for events within 48 hours.
Does FreedomHalls operate outside of Houston?
We launched in the Houston area and are expanding to additional Texas markets. If you are a Post Commander in another Texas city and interested in partnering contact us at partners@freedomhalls.com.
